• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• AI providers: We use AI services to assist in report generation. Property data (APN, location) may be processed by these services. No personal contact information is included in AI queries.
• Legal compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or court order

• Order and report data: Retained for up to 3 years for customer support and service improvement
• Payment records: Retained as required by tax and accounting law
• Chat logs: Retained for up to 90 days
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing reports@getdirtiq.com
